Valius / Kandinsky exports — release 1.2

The portal combines different assays and specimens. BostonGene's report identifies rectal resection block B4, collected 22 October 2024, with matched-normal saliva collected 13 May 2026. Its report is dated 30 September 2026 and states 15% tumour content. MSI and copy-number interpretation were not reported because of low tumour content.

Valius's cell-surface report identifies liver collected 22 October 2024, FFPE, 10x Genomics Flex v2, 92,897 cells including 1,018 tumour cells. The exact block is not stated. Four PPMG IHC reports identify liver left-lateral block C4; its 28 April 2026 reaccession date is not a new tissue-collection date.

The gene-explorer CSV has 61,228 rows. Its BostonGene and Valius expression columns use log2(TPM+1), as labelled. Per-cell expression percentages and fold changes are aggregate summaries, not the cell-by-gene matrix. Portal column names alone do not establish every column's input file or block. Copy-number or mutation columns must not override the source report's assay limitations.

The HLA prediction, somatic candidate and Arriba fusion exports retain their original scientific content. Their exact input/read/reference maps are not fully established by the CSVs. All filters, confidence values, sequences and read-support columns are retained; candidate rows are not equivalent to validated findings.

Three vendor MD5 checksums were verified against the original target summary, cell-type summary and BostonGene PDF. Those original MD5 values do not apply to prepared report PDFs. Public release SHA-256 values apply to the actual downloadable files.

Missing useful data: per-cell matrices and barcodes, cell metadata/annotations, raw reads and pipeline manifests, reference FASTA/checksums, processing software versions, and completed whole-slide images. A duplicate gene-explorer download is represented once.
